• Professor Hudak spoke in opposition stating that the other businesses in this area are not well maintained <br />and allowing more businesses in will continue to weaken the residential properties in the area. <br />• Michael Divita of the Department of Community Investment spoke in opposition to the petition, stating <br />that the recently adopted West Side Main Streets Plan clearly defines the desired use for this section of <br />Lincolnway as residential further noting that there are 5 commercial properties and 30 residential properties <br />in this area.
