This petition is <br />set for public hearing before the Common Council on Monday, June 27, 2016. <br />Ordinance & Petition Amendments: <br />The following changes have been made to the above referenced petition: <br />Ordinance: <br />1) The intent section of the Ordinance was updated to indicate the property is being rezoned from MF1 Urban <br />Corridor Multifamily District and MU Mixed Use District <br />A Copy of the revised Ordinance is attached. <br />Public Hearing Summary: <br />There was one person that spoke at the public hearing. Amanda Robinson of 702 N.
