~`~~ <br />PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION AUGUST 24, 2006 <br />- Addendum No. 2 -Kensington Farms/Crest Manor <br />Mr. Jason Durr, Engineering, stated the addendum adds short term <br />recommendations for design for the above project. <br />-Design Services Contract - Twyckenham Drive Storm Sewer <br />Mr. Jason Durr, Engineering, stated The Abonmarche Group is also one of the <br />consultants for this project. <br />- Claim - HRP Construction -Lafayette Boulevard Sewer Extension <br />Mr. Bob Krol, Water Works, stated the Water Works completed work near <br />Madison School, and as HRP Construction was in the area working on the <br />Lafayette Boulevard Sewer Extension, they were willing to complete the <br />excavation for Water Works. <br />Mr. Krol also made the Board aware of utility conflicts within the Michigan <br />StreetBypass project, which is Phase I. Mr. Krol indicated water mains, <br />hydrants, gas and petroleum lines could be in the path of the sewer lines. <br />APPROVAL OF TITLE SHEET - FREDRICKSON PARK ENTRANCE/NORTH <br />EXTENSION CLOSURE/GA5 EXTRACTION SYSTEM - PROJECT NO. 106-018 <br />Mr. Gilot stated the Title Sheet for the above referenced project was submitted for <br />approval.
