CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING <br />MAY 31, 2016 192 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:03 am, on Tuesday, <br />May 31, 2016, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Members Therese Doran and <br />James Mueller present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member David Relos were absent. <br />The meeting was held in the 13" Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Doran. stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Doran stated <br />the following claims were submitted to the Board for annrn ,al <br />of South Bend Credit Card Fees Amount . <br />Of South Bend _- $24 <br />1/20 <br />-- 51,125,277.67 <br />Banc of America Leasing & Capital, LLC; Ameresco: Vouz 177a <br />LDisbursementNo. 15 - I m�4,z1v l u5i.51/2016 <br />Therefore, Ms. Donau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved) <br />as submitted.
