Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded ~ as outlined above. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News, which were found to be sufficient. No Bids were received for this project.
