Tax Abatement <br />(1) continued... <br />These will serve as model homes. <br />Ms. Jones asked how many different models <br />are among the designs. Mr. Gibney <br />responded there are eight models. They are <br />really good examples of infill projects <br />because the design was sensitive to turn of <br />the Century homes. <br />Mr. Varner asked what the timeline is to <br />complete construction. Ms Andrews <br />responded that they will pull a pernlit as soon <br />as the Council approves the declaratory <br />resolution. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2600 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for vacant land located between <br />1016 and 1032 West Washington Street in <br />the West Washington-Chapin Development <br />Area. <br />B. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) First Amendment to Addendum <br />Agreement and Letter Agreement between <br />HOK Sport and the City of South Bend. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that over the past year, <br />the staff has worked to complete elemental <br />steps for the Coveleski Park project area to <br />accomplish work items like property <br />acquisition, building demolition and site <br />preparation, completion of planning studies <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2600 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR VACANT LAND <br />LOCATED BETWEEN 1016 AND 1032 WEST <br />WASHINGTON STREET IN THE WEST <br />WASHINGTON-CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
