The former Rink site at Art Beat September 25 & 26, <br /> 216-288 Sycamore and 2009 <br /> 305 E. Colfax Av. <br />Mr. Inks noted that as a part of using the LaSalle <br />Hotel for First Fridays and Art Beat staff solicited <br />a proposal for cleanup of the lobby area to make it <br />presentable for those events. The cost will be <br />$4,630. Staff also requests approval of that <br />proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Ms. <br />King and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />ratified the Temporary Use Agreements approved <br />by staff since September 4, 2009. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Ms. <br />King and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the proposal in the amount of $4,630 for <br />cleanup of the lobby of the LaSalle Hotel. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission is expecting to <br />receive proposals for management of the Blackthorn <br />Golf Course on October 2. There were several parties <br />interested in making a proposal.
