After reviewing those bids, <br />Chief Switalski recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive <br />' and responsible bidder, Renewed Performance, Inc., 1095 Development Drive, Tipton, <br />Indiana, in the amount of $117,174.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the <br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above, subject to <br />funding.
