200 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 26, 2006 <br />After reviewing those bids, Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering recommends that the Board <br />award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Walsh & Kelly, Inc., <br />the ~ amount of $10$;215.00. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the <br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above.
