The sum of $4,541,322.00 is appropriated within Sewage Works Debt <br />Sea.-vice Reserve Fund #653 to satisfy the City's sewage works bond debt service reserve <br />obligation through 2009 and a portion of 2010. <br />SECTION IV. Clay Sewage Fund #650 is hereby closed because Clay Utilities is part of <br />the City of South Bend Sewage Utility and a separate fund is no longer needed. <br />SECTION V.
