REGULAR MEETING APRIL 24.2006 <br />the regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:40 a.m. on <br />Monday, April 24, 2006, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Carl P. Littrell present. <br />Board Member Donald E. Inks was not present.
