EXECUTIVE SESSION SEPTEMBER 16,2009 59 <br />ATTEST: <br />M.Martin, Clerk <br />SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 16 2009 <br />The Board of Public Safety met in a special meeting at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, <br />2009, with President Juanita Dempsey and Board Members Patrick Cottrell, Bruce BonDurant, <br />and Eddie Miller present. Board Member Laura Vasquez was absent. Board Attorney Thomas <br />Bodnar was also present.
