Dieter Dear Council Members: First District I recently discussed with you my desire to file the attached resolution for your Henry Davis, jr. Second District review, discussion and adoption. Thomas LaFountain As each of you are aware, members of the South Bend Common Council are Third District appointed to serve on many boards and commissions. In order to fully participate, become engaged, and carry out the mission of these additional responsibilities, Ann Puzzello there must be the opportunity to do so while also being an elected public servant Fourth District of the legislative body which serves the citizens of South Bend.
