Dieter at 7:00 p.m. in the <br />Council's {nformal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Dieter, Varner, Henry <br />Davis, Jr., Oliver Davis and Puzzello; Bruce Huntington and Kathleen Cekanski- <br />Farrand, Council Attorney. <br />Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to <br />the August 14, 2009 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the <br />purpose of discussing allegation(s) of alleged midsconduct and the process <br />involved pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(A). <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the August 14, 2009 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 7:28 p.m. <br />Respectfully s itte , <br />Derek D.
