Page 2 of 2 <br />seems to think it can regulate on the street parking which, legally, is open to all residents and not <br />specifically reserved for any property owner. I only mention these questions because I still have <br />them. <br />The landscape plans i have seen seem very appropriate and certainly will give a more elegant and <br />pleasant ambiance. Obviously, I have lived in the neighborhood for a veery long time.
