AREA FLAW <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />Gary Allison <br />610 Preston Dr. <br />South Bend, IN. 46615 <br />regards to the proposed ordinance to rezone the property located between 3515 <br />In g I would like to state that <br />McKinley Ave. and 125 feet east of Preston <br />or W2 High Density Multi - Family <br />I am opposed to having this property <br />District for the following reasons. <br />I . I believe this will lower the property values for the homes <br />lexes n his area and find it <br />2. I fill that there are already many Multi- Family comp <br />hard to believe that they are all full. back window and <br />3. For my own personal reason, I would not like to look out my <br />see an apartment; I prefer seeing the trees that are back there now. <br />an benefit for the residents of this area with another apartment complex. <br />Idono t see Y <br />Again I am opposed to this ordinance. <br />Thank You for your consideration. <br />Gary and LuAnn Allison <br />
