Given that HUD's Notice of Funding Availability has yet to be announced <br />and the expectation that it will now be delayed until spring or later — it was determined best to first allow time for <br />the funding announcement to occur to know if the monies will be available to invest in this development on this <br />site before further pursuing the required zoning change. <br />Please advise should you require anything further to table /continue this proposed ordinance. <br />Thank you, <br />Brian. <br />Brian D.
