Questions <br />Chairperson Tim Scott called the meeting to order with eight (8) items on the agenda. <br />Both Chairperson Tim Scott and Santiago Garces went over the agenda items on the basics of <br />operating the iPads for councilmember usage. There was emphasis on having councilmembers <br />use iAnnotate for taking notes on their Council Packets to save paper and to also be more <br />responsive during the meetings. Chairperson Scott gave examples of how to look up key terms in <br />documents hundreds of pages long. Also, the City Clerk staff explained how the agendas now all <br />have links to the bills so councilmembers only have to open an agenda and not the entire packet. <br />Chairperson Scott explained how to use the Apple TV for presentations. <br />The Committee discussed the importance of keeping the data on Open Data as up to date as <br />possible for both residents and councilmembers.
