Resolution Establishing the Date and Place for the Retirement of Original City Flag <br />Page 2 <br />at 10:30 a.m. at flag pole immediately in front of the South Bend Police Department Headquarters, 701 <br />W. Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />Section II. The Common Council encourages members of the public to attend this City Flag Retirement <br />Ceremony, as a new chapter in the history of South Bend, Indiana is written. <br />Section III. As a part City Flag Retirement Ceremony, the original City Flag shall be housed in a place <br />of honor for the public to see for generations to come, with the History Museum being charged with this <br />high honor. <br />Section IV.
