This federal Congressional Appropriation grant is specifically for <br />the purchase of high-tech equipment to outfit wet lab space at Innovation Park. The application for <br />the grant funds required the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission to participate as a pass- <br />through entity; as such by agreement the Commission will require of the University proof of having <br />met the protocol set forth in the grant regulations for procurement procedures and reporting. <br />Staff recommends your approval of the agreement. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
