Parking Lot Parties October 2,16,23, 2009 <br />Community Foundation Main St. and Wayne St. George Rickey Kinetic August 10, 2009 througl- <br /> Parking Garages Sculpture Banner September 2010 <br /> Hanging <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. <br />Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />ratified the Temporary Use Agreements approved <br />by staff since July 24, 2009. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Commission ratified the Temporary Use <br />Agreements approved by staff since <br />July 24, 2009 <br />Mr. Inks noted that Eddy Street Commons is getting PROGRESS REPORTS <br />closer and closer to completion. There was an article in <br />the paper that said Eddy Street would be reopened by <br />the end of August. There should be a number of tenants <br />in the ground floor retail spaces by then. <br />Mr. Byrd noted that the NNRO will be having its annual <br />meeting September 2. It will have that meeting in one <br />of the Eddy Street Commons buildings. Commissioners <br />will be invited. <br />Ms. Jones asked if there has been any more news on the <br />R.E.I. project for the St. Joseph/Jefferson lot. Mr. Inks <br />said there has not been anything new. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />scheduled for Friday, August 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. <br />10 <br />
