AN ®RDINANCE AMENDING THE Z®NING ®RDINA~ICE F®R PR®PEI~T1f L®CATED AT 2717 S®UTFI MQ-Ilal STREET, 2721 S®UTH MAIN STREET, 2729 S®UTH MAIM STREET AND 217 ®AICSIDE, C®UNCILMANIC DISTRICT 6, IN THE CITE( ®F S®UTH BEND, INDIANA STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The purpose of the rezoning is to a11ow property currently zoned LB Local Business District to be changed to GI General Industrial District for purposes allowed in that district. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495-04, is amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: .Lots 45, 46,47,48 and 49 and the adjacent vacated alley in Oakside 2~d Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana Tax Parcel Nos. 18-8014-0663, 18-8014-0666, 18-8014-0667, 18-8014-0668 and 18-8014-0665 Commonly known as 2717 South Main Street, 2721 South Main Street, 2729 South Main Street and 217 Oakside, South Bend, Indiana 46614 Subject to any easements, covenants or restrictions of record. be and the same is hereby established as GI General Industrial. SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication.
