ORDINANCE N0. 877-97 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($483,000) FROM THE GENERAL FUND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby determines that it is necessary and in the best interest of the City to make certain appropriations from funds available within the General Fund of the City of South Bend to the Studebaker National Museum in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding executed by and between the South Bend Civic Center Board of Managers, the South Bend Regional Museum of Art, the City of South Bend, and the Studebaker National Museum. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The following sums ordered set apart from and within the South Bend for the specified purposes; ACCOUNT N0. 101.0409.453.50-02 DESCRIPTION are hereby appropriated and General Fund of the City of AMOUNT Operating/Capital Transfer $483,000 SECTION II.
