3. The Airport Economic Development Area is hereby expanded to include Expansion <br />Area No. 21 as described at Exhibit A, and the Airport Economic Development Area, as expanded, is <br />to be known hereafter as the "Airport Economic Development Area" and is described at Exhibit C. <br />4. The Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. l (Allocation Area No. <br />1 ") is hereby expanded to include Expansion Area No. 21 as described at Exhibit A so that the <br />boundaries of the Allocation Area and the Area are cotern~inous. Any taxes levied on the property <br />imposed under I.C. 6-1.1 in the Allocation Area shall be allocated, distributed and used as provided <br />in Resolution No. 919, as amended, and the Act. The base assessment date for Expansion Area <br />No. 21, for purposes of the Act, is March 1, 2006. The Allocation Area as expanded shall be <br />hereinafter known as "Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1" ("Allocation <br />Area No. 1 "). <br />5. To accomplish development of the Area it is necessary to acquire additional land within <br />the Area as shown on the Property Acquisition List included in the Economic Development Plan <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit D. <br />6. It is estimated that the cost of acquiring the propertybeing added to the acquisition list is <br />$150,000.00. <br />7. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the Office of the St. <br />Joseph County Recorder pursuant to the requirements of LC. 36-7-14-17.5(8). <br />10. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. 919, as amended, <br />shall remain as stated therein. <br />11. The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. <br />• <br />
