~, , <br />Development Plan and to Resolution No. 919, as amended, respectively, and the purposes of the Act. <br />2. The Commission finds that the Development Plan, as amended, and Resolution No. <br />919, as amended and as hereby further amended, conforms to the comprehensive plan of the City. <br />3. The Airport Economic Development Area is hereby expanded to include Expansion <br />Area No. 22 as described at Exhibit A, and the Airport Economic Development Area, as expanded, is <br />to be known hereafter as the "Airport Economic Development Area" and is described at Exhibit C. <br />4. The Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1 ("Allocation Area No. <br />1 ") is hereby expanded to include Expansion Area No. 22 as described at Exhibit A so that the <br />boundaries of the Allocation Area No. 1 and the Airport Economic Development Area are <br />coterminous. Any taxes levied on the property imposed under I.C. 6-1.1 in Allocation Area No. 1 <br />shall be allocated, distributed and used as provided in Resolution No. 919, as amended, and the Act. <br />The base assessment date for Expansion Area No. 22, for purposes of the Act, is March 1, 2006. <br />The Allocation Area No. 1 as expanded shall be hereinafter known as "Airport Economic <br />Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1." <br />5. To accomplish development of the Airport Economic Development Area it is necessary to <br />acquire additional land within the area as shown on the Property Acquisition List included in the <br />Economic Development Plan attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit D. <br />6. It is estimated that the cost of acquiring the property being added to the Property <br />Acquisition List is $140,995.00. <br />7. The proposed amendment to the Development Plan as attached hereto is hereby in all <br />respects approved. <br />8. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Development Plan, as <br />amended, with the minutes of this meeting. <br />9. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the office of the St. <br />Joseph County Recorder pursuant to the requirements of I.C. 36-7-14-17.5(g). <br />10. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. 919, as amended, <br />shall remain as stated therein. <br />11. The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights act of 1964, as amended. <br /> <br />5 <br />
