postal delivery vehicles. A single delivery point must be established within <br />each building within ten (10) feet of the main entry door. Each Owner will be <br />required to establish interior mail handling facilities on the ground floor of all <br />multi-tenant buildings and to provide for the distribution of mail within each <br />building. In multi-tenant buildings that have multiple entries and no suitable <br />common area lobby, the Owner must establish a convenient exterior drop point <br />to accommodate mail delivery. <br />8.6 Loading and Servicing Areas. No loading or servicing areas shall be located <br />between a Building and any Street or shall be visible from any public street, <br />bike path, or adjacent properties. All loading and unloading of materials from <br />vehicles shall be conducted entirely upon the Sites. No loading facilities shall <br />be placed so as to permit loading vehicles to extend beyond the Site boundary <br />line. <br />8.7 Signs. No Signs, as defined herein and in the Guidelines, or other advertising <br />devices of any character shall be permitted upon any part of a Building, or a <br />Site, except with the prior written approval of the Committee. Such Signs and <br />other advertising devices shall be approved only if their size, design, color, <br />texture, illumination, number, locations, means of support and construction and <br />other characteristics conform with the standards prescribed from time to time <br />by the Guidelines. In this regard, any Owner or Occupant which desires to <br />erect any Sign or advertising device shall first submit plans therefor to the <br />Committee in a form sufficient to convey the total impression created by the <br />device. The provisions of this Article VIII, Section 8.7 shall not effect the Use <br />Restrictions set forth at Article IV, Section 4.1 (k) hereinabove. No Site Amenities as defined herein and in the Guidelines, of <br />any type shall be permitted without the prior written approval of the Committee. <br />Design of such Site Amenities shall compliment the architectural design of the <br />Building and the landscape design of the Site. Any Owner or Occupant who <br />desires to place any type of Site Amenities on a site must first submit <br />specifications and plans for such Site Amenities to the Committee. Said plans <br />and specifications should include the style, color, material, texture, number, site <br />locations and any other information about the character of said Site Amenities <br />8.9 Waste and Refuse. All waste materials and refuse shall be stored within the <br />Building or within a four-sided enclosure screened from view from any street or <br />lot <br />8.10 Landscaping Installation. Landscaping plans for all Sites shall initially be <br />submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article V and such plans shall <br />be implemented and completed within six (6) months to one (1) year after <br />occupancy or Building completion whichever occurs first, unless the Committee <br />agrees in writing to an extension of the time permitted to complete landscaping. <br />Every effort shall be made to preserve as many existing trees as is reasonably <br />. practicable.
