Buildings, structures, Signs, Site Furniture, driveways, parking, paved areas, <br />• grading changes, and all other structures or improvements of any type and <br />kind, and any and all alterations and changes to a Site. <br />1.15 Landscape Professional. "Landscape Professional" shall mean a person <br />holding valid and effective license to practice landscape architecture in the <br />State of Indiana, or having seven years of experience in landscape planning <br />and design. <br />1.16 Lot. "Lot" shall mean any parcel of real estate contained within Blackthorn as <br />divided or subdivided on a Subdivision Plat or map Recorded in the Official <br />Records. <br />1.17 Occupant. "Occupant" shall mean any Person, other than an Owner, and the <br />successors and assigns of any thereof that is in possession of or otherwise <br />occupying one or more Sites, at any particular time, whether as a lessee, <br />sublessee, licensee or pursuant to any lease, sublease, license or other right <br />of occupancy with or through the Owner of such Site or Sites. <br />1.18 Office -Corporate Office. "Corporate Office" shall mean space within a floor <br />plan in which the actual work conducted can only be carried out in an office <br />environment. <br />1.19 Office -Support Office. "Support Office" shall mean space within a floor plan <br />in which the heating, air conditioning, lighting, and general work environment <br />are consistent with or adaptable to general office uses or where the actual <br />work conducted can be carried out in an office environment <br />1.20 Official Records. "Official Records" shall mean the records of the Office of the <br />Recorder, St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />1.21 Owner. "Owner" shall mean, at any time, any Person, including the Declarant, <br />and the successors and assigns of any thereof, that owns fee simple title to <br />one or more sites, as shown by the Official Records; provided, however, that a <br />Beneficiary shall not be deemed to be an Owner so long as its interest in the <br />particular Site or Sites is for purposes of security only. <br />1.22 Owner's Association. "Owner's Association" (sometimes referred to as the <br />"Association") shall mean the association of Owners created and described in <br />Article VII. <br />1.23 Person. "Person" shall mean an individual, group of individuals, corporation, <br />partnership, trust, unincorporated business association or such other legal <br />entity as the context in which such term is used may imply. <br />1.24 Record/Recorded. "Record" or "Recorded" shall mean, with respect to any <br />document, the recording of said document in the Official Records. <br />1.25 Sign.
