r--°°~•°_~~ <br />~~,r"~t I I__~ <br />- UTILITIES COMMITTEE JULY 27,.2009 <br />Chairperson Oliver Davis called the July 27, 2009 meeting of the Utilities Committee to order at <br />5:28 p.m. <br />The following Committee Members were present: Oliver Davis, Chairperson; <br />Ann Puzzello; AI "Buddy" Kirsits; <br />Tom LaFountain <br />Other Council Members Present: Derek Dieter; Henry Davis; David Varner; Tim Rouse; <br />Karen White <br />Others Present: Gary Gilot; Paul Kempf; Rita Kopala; Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand; <br />Jeff Parrott <br />Agenda: Annual Update to Council Concerning Special Rate Contract with Notre <br />Dame <br />At Chairperson Oliver Davis' request, Gary Gilot, the Director of Public Works reported the <br />justification for a special sewage rate contract with Notre Dame. The accompanying handout <br />provided for the Council explains the cooperative efforts between the City and Notre Dame in <br />detail. After a 15 minute presentation and brief discussion Chairperson Oliver Davis adjourned <br />the meeting at 5:45 p.m. <br />
