<br />may be paid to the respective taxing units in the manner prescribed in <br />Paragraph 7(a). <br />Section 15 of the Declaratory Resolution shall be modified and restated in <br />its entirety as follows: <br />All orders or resolutions inconsistent with this Resolution <br />are hereby rescinded, revoked and repealed to the extent such resolutions <br />are inconsistent with this Resolution. <br />5. This Resolution constitutes final action pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14- <br />17(d) by the Commission determining the public utility and benefit of the proposed project and <br />confirming the Declaratory Resolution pertaining to the establishment of the Housing Program <br />and Allocation Area No. 2. in the Area. <br />6. The Secretary is directed to record this Resolution pursuant to the <br />requirements of Indiana Code 36-7-14-17(d). <br />7.
