• 7 parcels are two (2) or more property tax <br />payments delinquent. <br />(D) The parcel is owned by local, state, or federal <br />government. <br />9 parcels are owned by local, state, or federal <br />government. <br />(10) The total area within the county or municipality that is <br />included in any allocation area established for a housing <br />program under section 45 of this chapter does not exceed one <br />hundred fifty (150) acres. <br />The total area of Allocation Area #2 is 58 acres. <br />D. Procedures for Changes in the Development Plan <br />The Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Housing Program Development <br />• Plan maybe amended by resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. Any change affecting any property or contractual right can be <br />effectuated only in accordance with applicable state and local law. <br />E. Statutory Authority <br />The controls, regulations and land use restrictions contained in this Development <br />Plan Amendment are for the specific purpose of implementing the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area Plan pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-1-et. <br />seq. <br />• <br />12 <br />
