'The Board of Public Safety met in the Public Agenda Session at 8:05 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2 <br />,2009 with President Juanita Dempsey and Board Members Patrick D. Cottrell, Bruce BonDuran <br />Laura Vasquez, and Eddie Miller present. Also present were Police Chief Darryl Boykins, Fire Chi <br />Howard Buchanon, City Attorney Chuck Leone, and Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. I <br />The meeting was held in the auditorium at the South Bend Police Department, 701 W.
