Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, <br />Indiana <br />Committee Members Present: AI "Buddy" Kirsits, Chairperson; Tom LaFountain; <br />David Varner; Oliver Davis <br />Other Council Present: Derek Dieter; Henry Davis; Ann Puzzello; Karen White; AI <br />"Buddy" Kirsits; Tim Rouse <br />Others Present: Kathy Cekanski-Farrand; Arthur Carruthers; <br />Mayor Steve Luecke; John Thurin; Mary Roy; Maureen Bolton; <br />Marilyn Watson; Dwuan Watson; Charlotte Pfeifer; Mark Lyons; <br />Jeff Parrott; Larry Scholl; Wendy Walker <br />Agenda: Bill No. 09-52 -Special Exception - 527'/z Riverside Drive <br />Bill No. 09-53 -Special Exception - 220 S. Taylor <br />Bill No. 09-54 -Special Exception 3423 S. Michigan <br />Bill No. 09-52 -Special Exception - 527'/ Riverside Drive <br />Chairperson Kirsits recognized Mark Lyons, representing the Building Department, to make a <br />report. Mark reported that both the Board of Zoning Appeals and the staff recommended this bill <br />favorably. Kirsits then allowed the petitioner, Larry Scholl to explain the request. After having <br />briefly done so and without any public comment for or against Council President Dieter asked that <br />the bill go to Council favorably. Councilmember Varner so moved. Councilmember Oliver Davis <br />seconded and all approved. <br />
