,~_`, <br />PUBLIC WORKS AND PROPERTY VACATION COMMITTEE <br />JULY 27, 2009 <br />The July 27, 2009 meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee of the South <br />Bend Common Council was called to order by its Chairperson Council Member David Varner at <br />4:33 p.m., in the Informal Meeting Room, 4th Floor County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Committee Members Present: Tom LaFountain, Vice-Chairperson; Henry Davis; <br />Timothy Rouse; Jerry Niezgodski, Citizen Member <br />Other Council Members Present: Karen White; Ann Puzzello; Derek Dieter; Oliver Davis; <br />AI "Buddy" Kirsits <br />Others Present: Bernie Feeney <br />Agenda: Bill No. 52-09 -Vacation -Summertime Lane from Jackson to Hidden Creek <br />Chairperson Varner allowed Bernie Feeney representing the petitioner to make a presentation. <br />Providing a schematic handout to the committee, Feeney explained this vacation, relocation was <br />being requested to avoid a ditch and the costs of crossing same.
