Ordinance No. X990-6K, as amended, which ordinance is commonly kno~~•n as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: That part of the North~~•est Quarter of Section 21, To~~•nship 38 North, Range 2 East, German To~~~nship, St. Joseph County, Indiana which is described as: Beginning at a point on the North and South Quarter line of said Section 21 ~~•hich is S. 00°-00'-00" E.
