COMITTEE REPORT TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFSOUTHBEND: Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred BILL NO. 90-97 A BILL APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1998, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1998, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this bill has been recommended to the Council favorably.
