.. ORDINANCE NO. _ _U. v ~~___ !._~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 130 PARK LANE STREET IN T'I-IE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; SECTiON_L. Ordinance No 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended, in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: ~ A tract of land 1 ] 0 feet in length, East and West, taken off of and from the entire West end of the following described tract of land: A part of Bank Out Lot Numbered One Hundred Twenty-four (124) of the Third Plat of Out Lots ofthe Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part if bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the East line of Main Street in said city with the South line of Foote Street (now Park Lane) in said City, thence running East on the South line of Foote Street (now Park Lane) 165 feet, more or less, to the West line of a public alley; thence South on the West line of said alley 50 feet to the North line of Bartlett's Second Addition to the City of South Bend; thence West on the North line of said Addition 165 feet, more or less, to the East line of Main Street; thence North on the East line of Main Street 50 feet to the place of beginning. be and the same is Hereby established as "PHC" Professional/Health Care District. SECTION. II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor, and legal publication.
