This action complements the transfer of $749,619 <br />in reprogrammed funds and together they allocate funds in accordance with the 1998 Housing <br />and Community Development Plan. <br />As we discussed with the Community & Economic Development Committee on September 29th, <br />the 1998 HCD Plan underwent a 30-day public comment period in October. In addition, the <br />1998 HCD Plan was the subject of two public hearings held on October 9, 1997.
