ORDINANCE N0 . ~U <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST <br />SIDE OF OLIVE ROAD, BETWEEN THE TOLL ROAD AND <br />OLD CLEVELAND ROAD, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />INDIANA: <br />BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification <br />of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, <br />Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, which is described as: <br />Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 19, <br />Township 38 N, Range 2 E, and its intersection with <br />the South right-of-way line of Cleveland Road; thence <br />West along said right-of-way line to its intersection <br />with the East line, extended, of Wells Electronics <br />Minor Subdivision, marking the "Point of Beginning" <br />of said parcel of land herein described; thence West <br />along said South right-of-way line to the West <br />right-of-way line, extended, of Olive Road; thence <br />North along said right-of-way line to the North lot <br />line, extended, of Outlot "A" of Wells Electronics <br />Minor Subdivision; thence East along said line to the <br />Southwest corner of Lot 1 of Olive Road Commerce Park <br />- Section One Subdivision; thence North along the <br />West line of said subdivision 660.06 feet; thence <br />West 240 feet more or less to the West right-of-way <br />line of Olive Road; thence North along said line to <br />the South right-of-way line of the Indiana East-West <br />Toll Road; thence East along said right-of-way line <br />to the Northeast corner of Olive Road Commerce Park - <br />Section One Subdivision also being the North - South <br />Center Line of Section 19; thence South along said <br />center line to the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of said <br />subdivision; thence West to the Northeast corner of <br />Outlot "A" of Wells Electronics Minor Subdivision; <br />thence South along the East line of said subdivision <br />to the point of beginning. <br />be and the same is hereby established as "D" Light Industrial, "A" Height <br />and Area. <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />
