SUBSTITUTE BILL ~~,,}} ORDINANCE N0. ~~ I~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($70,000) FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The Common Council of the City of South Bend has determined that it is necessary to appropriate $70,000.00 from City of South Bend Local Road and Street Fund for three signalized intersections. It is necessary to appropriate monies in a sum sufficient to cover the City's 20 o share of the estimated cost; the remaining 80 0 of the cost will be paid through a federal aid grant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The following sums are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from and within the General Fund of the City of South Bend: ACCOUNT N0. AMOUNT 251.0608.431.42-57 $70,000 SECTION II.
