Prior to the completion of the redevelopment project, the Developer may not sell, lease, or otherwise <br />• transfer such land (or improvements) without the prior written consent of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />3. That the land will be built upon and improved in conformity with the objectives and <br />provisions of the Plan. <br />4. That the building of improvements will be commenced and completed within a specified <br />period of time. <br />5. That the Developers, their successors or assigns, agree that there will be no discrimination <br />against any person or group of persons on account of race, creed, color, sex, age, in the use of the <br />property. <br />W W/6 <br /> <br />STATUTORY AUTHORITY <br />The controls, regulations and land use restrictions contained in this Development Plan are for <br />the specific purposes of implementing the Washington-Chapin Development Plan pursuant to <br />Indiana Code 36-7-14-1 et. seq. <br />PROCEDURE FOR CHANGES IN THE APPROVED WASHINGTON-CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission may amend the West Washington-Chapin <br />Development plan by procedures under Indiana Code 36.7 .14 .1. et. seq. Any amendment to <br />the approved Development Plan will be brought to the West Washington-Chapin <br />Revitalization Project, Inc. for its review, comment and recommendation prior to action by <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />W W/5 <br />• <br />11 10/23/87 <br />
