ORDINANCE NO. BV~~ l AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING EIGHT HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($804,000) FROM THE GENERAL FUND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The Common Council of the City of South Bend is constructing various public improvements consisting of an above-ground parking garage and public plaza, to be financed by the issuance of City of South Bend, .Indiana, County Economic Development Income Tax Revenue Bonds of 1997. It is necessary to appropriate monies in a sum sufficient to cover various contracts which must be let prior to the receipt of bond proceeds, as well as other miscellaneous expenses. The Common Council recognizes and anticipates that any sums paid from the total appropriation shall be reimbursed from the proceeds of said bonds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The following sums are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from and within the General Fund of the City of South Bend: ACCOUNT N0. AMOUNT 101.0409.453.50-02 $804,000 SECTION II.
