REGULAR MEETING JULY 13. 2009 233 <br />APPROVE AND DENY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the following traffic <br />control devices were approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Reserved Handicapped Parking Space Sign <br />NEW INSTALLATION: No Parking, Standing or Stopping Sign <br />LOCATION: Northwest side of Bellewood Street — Summit to Westwood <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following traffic <br />control device was denied: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Reserved Handicapped Parking Space Sign <br />LOCATION: 605 Cushing Street <br />REMARKS: Does not have required BMV permit & front curb access <br />has one less step <br />R <br />The Division of Water Works submitted a Safety Report for May 2009. This report reflects <br />injuries/accidents for each month and provides for a comparison. There being no further <br />ID <br />discussion, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the report ,;Vas <br />accepted and filed. <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />The Divisions of Water Works and Environmental Services submitted their Monthly and <br />Performance Reports. Water Works submitted a report for the month of May 2009 and <br />Environmental Services submitted a report for June 2009. There being no further discussion, <br />upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the monthly reports were <br />accepted and filed. <br />
