Commission; releasing the Real Estate Mortgage and Security Agreement dated May 10, 1991 <br />and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County on or about May 31, 1991 as <br />Instrument Number 9113917; and executing any and all other documents necessary to implement <br />this Resolution. <br />Section 3.
