There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President <br />Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President <br />Member Absent: Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary <br />Redevelopment Staff: Ms. Elizabeth Leonard, Director of Financial & Program <br />Management <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />• <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of the minutes of June 3, 2009 <br />Upon a motion by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, seconded by Jose Alvarez, the Authority <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 3, 2009. <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Causey, Demgen & Moore, Inc. Verification of computations $1,750.00 <br />Standard & Poor's Analytical Services 8,500.00 <br />Crowe Horwath Professional services 45,000.00 <br />Fitch, Inc. Rating services 7,000.00 <br />SourceMedia Advertising 3,374.00 <br /> Total: $65,624.00 <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the <br />claim, as presented. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: July 1, 2009 <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting <br />was adjourned at 1:37 p.m. <br />• <br />
