Tax Abatements <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Resolution No. 2588 approving an <br />application for real property tax deduction <br />for property known as Lot 2 in the <br />Portage Prairie area of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Ontario <br />Partners) <br /> <br />Mr. Mathia gave the report on the project. <br />Ontario Partners intends to construct a <br />$5,000,000 development known as the <br />Ontario Building in the Portage Prairie <br />Development Area. It will be a speculative, <br />157,500 sft, light industrial building that will <br />house multiple tenants performing a variety <br />of business functions, such as medical <br />supply, data storage, food/general <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
