REGULAR MEETING JULY 19 2009 44 <br />Department, effective June 26, 2009. Chief Boykins stated in his letter, that Corporal Huff was <br />sworn in the Department on August 159 1996. Upon a motion made by Mr. Cottrell, seconded by Mr. <br />BonDurant and carried, the resignation was accepted. <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION TO SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Chief Boykins, Police Department, advised the Board of a generous donation made to the So <br />Bend Police Department. The donation of cell phone accessories (stickers, jewels, hangers) w <br />received from Dave Sult.
