It is the Staff's <br />opinion that "O" Office zoning is appropriate <br />for this site as it will act as a transition <br />from the high school located to the north and <br />the bank to the east to the single family <br />homes to the south and west. However, the <br />Staff would not recommend further encroachment <br />of "O" Office zoning into the surrounding <br />residential area. <br />
