COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Leone noted that Mr. Meteiver has prepared a <br />response to Mr. Joseph Tillman's communication asking <br />the Commission comply with certain sections of the <br />Code of Federal Regulations. Mr. Meteiver was not <br />able to be at this meeting, so Mr. Leone summarized Mr. <br />Meteiver"s tindin~~s. Mr. Meteiver found that Mr. <br />Tillman's assertions were inco>7•ect: Mr. Tillman"s <br />requests are not in the Commission's purview.
