(d) Minimum Front, Side or Rear Yard Setbacks: <br />(i) Front Yard Setback: zero (0) feet from the right-of--way, but shall <br />not encroach within a public right-of--way. <br />(ii) Side or Rear Yard Setback: ten (10) feet. <br />(e) Maximum Height: The maximum height of a sign shall not exceed <br />twenty (20) feet above grade. <br />g. Additional Regulations: <br />(1) Awnings and Canopies: In addition to the regulations above, Awnings and <br />Canopies shall maintain a minimum height of not less than eight feet -six inches <br />(8' - 6") above finished grade. <br />(2) Projecting Signs (Grand Blade Signs): In addition to the regulations above, <br />Projecting Signs (Grand Blade Signs) shall maintain a minimum height of not <br />less than nine (9) feet above finished grade and shall not project above the roof <br />line. <br />(3) Projecting Signs (Blade Signs): In addition to the regulations above, Projecting <br />Signs (Blade Signs) shall maintain a minimum height of not less than ten (10) <br />feet above finished grade. <br />(4) Suspended Sign (Arcade Sign) - In addition to the regulations above, Suspended <br />Signs (Arcade Signs) shall maintain a minimum height of not less than eight feet <br />- six inches (8' - 6") above finished grade. <br />(5) Maximum Projection from Buildings -The maximum projection from a building <br />for any awning, canopy, projecting sign or suspended sign shall not exceed eight <br />(8) feet from or beyond its supporting building and shall not project beyond any <br />walkway adjacent to the building. <br />(6) Signs over Public Rights-of--Way -Encroachment over pubic rights-of--way for <br />any Sign or structure permitted by these regulations shall be permitted subject to <br />the approval of the Board of Public Works. Once approved by the Board of <br />Public Works, a sign face maybe changed and maintenance may be performed <br />on the structure provided that there is no change to the size, location or extent of <br />encroachment into the public right-of--way. <br />h. Exempt Signs: <br />The following signs shall be considered exempt from regulation under this Eddy Street <br />Commons PUD: <br />
