PART LOCATED IN LOWELL <br />(ORIGINAL TOWN), CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPH <br />COUNTY, INDIANA. ALSO, THE FIRST EAST-WEST ALLEY <br />NORTH OF EAST COLFAX AVENUE FROM THE WEST RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY OF ST.
